This website
This is a static website. It does not create user accounts, set advertising trackers, use tracking pixels, or store form submissions. Contact links open your email application; your message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Server and security logs
Our hosting and network providers may process standard request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser identifier, timestamp and security signals to deliver and protect the site. Logs are used for security, reliability and abuse prevention, and are not used by DigoArt for behavioural advertising.
Email and pilot enquiries
If you email us, we process the details you choose to provide to answer the enquiry, assess pilot fit, perform requested work and keep a minimal business record. Do not send passwords, payment data, customer or order records, private keys, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
WithdrawReady evidence
The founding pilot is designed to use configuration-only evidence with personal and order information removed. Pilot materials and private feedback remain private by default. Feedback is not published without explicit permission; any public quote from a free pilot will disclose that the pilot was free.
Retention and your choices
We keep enquiry and project records only as long as needed for the conversation, work, security, and applicable accounting or legal duties. You may ask to access, correct or delete information by emailing us. Some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
External services
Email is provided through Google Workspace. Website delivery and network security use our hosting provider and Cloudflare. Their processing is governed by their own terms and privacy documentation.
